Order notifications are sent immediately after successful payment. If you did not receive the notification, please check your SPAM or All Mail folders first before contacting us.  We have the ability to check if the order notification made it to your inbox and we can also resend them.  Support requests for ‘Didn’t Get Order Notification’ are given top priority so please use the Contact Us form and select the option when filling it out. Depending on where the item ships from your order will be delivered within 4-6 days with either USPS Priority Mail or Fedex.

Like many other businesses there are challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.  There could be an additional delay in shipping and processing of orders. Currently we are in touch with our suppliers on a daily basis and do our best to keep everyone happy under the circumstances – some of which are beyond our control. 

Please be patient if you are awaiting an update or shipping timeline.  As you may have noticed when placing other online orders it does take some time for the process to move forward and get your package. If you have not received a tracking notification after 3 days, please contact us.   We are working 24/7 to source improved shipping solutions for our customers which is our main priority.

If this happens to you, contact us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it.

However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you.

We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use. We will do our best to take care of it!

Typically you will receive a tracking number 1-3 days after your order is placed. If you have not received your tracking number yet please contact us.

Once paid your order is sent to the logistics team to prepare it for shipment. This process takes 24-48 hours but we strive to send orders each day to the warehouse. Once this is complete an shipment notification containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address used to create your order.  

Use the Contact Us form on the site to contact the Customer Support team and a support ticket will be opened for you. We try our best to respond same day but due to high volume it might take a bit longer. 

We will do our best to fix this ASAP! Contact us if you notice an incorrect shipping entry.

At this point we are shipping only within the United States. Unfortunately we cannot ship to AK or HI.

This depends on whether our warehouses have both items in stock or if they are coming from different shipping partners.  You will be provided separate tracking numbers for each package.
