Order Notifications

Order notifications are sent immediately after successful payment. If you did not receive the notification, please check your SPAM or All Mail folders first before contacting us.  We have the ability to check if the order notification made it to your inbox and we can also resend them.  If you opted to sign up for SMS alert you will get one as well. Shipment Notifications

Once paid your order is sent to the logistics team to prepare it for shipment. This process takes 24-48 hours but we strive to send orders each day to the warehouse. Once this is complete an shipment notification containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address used to create your order.  

Shipping and COVID-19

Some Products We Have IN STOCK in our USA Warehouse and can ship out in 2-5 business days lightening fast! But Like many other businesses there are challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic for certain products and there could be an additional delay in shipping and processing of orders. Currently we are in touch with our suppliers on a daily basis and do our best to keep everyone happy under the circumstances – some of which are beyond our control.  Please be patient if you are awaiting an update or shipping timeline.  As you may have noticed when placing other online orders it does take some time for the process to move forward and get your package. If you have not received a tracking notification after 3 days, please contact us.   We are working 24/7 to source improved shipping solutions for our customers which is our main priority.

Returns and COVID-19

We value our customers we’ll do anything to make things right! We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This money back guarantee is applicable to almost all items in stock and in the store. We offer around the clock email support and our staff is eager to please and help you with any and all issues that you may have with your offer. We are located in the USA and our phone support is open daily from 8am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time.

Items that are exempt from the refund policy are face covers, face cover filters and hand sanitizer. Due to the nature of those items and the Coronavirus all sales on these items are final and We Can Not Honor Any Refunds Or Cancellations Once An Item Is Purchased Other Exclusions apply to items such as creams, lotions, or any other liquid or perishable items. Due to COVID-19 and the nature of related items there will be no cancellations or refunds accepted. All sales are final. For further information please read our policy. Please use the contact form to contact us for more information on your refund request. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items, face covers, sanitizer, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Return postage fees will not be covered by us.

Please contact our support department for an RMA number before sending anything back to us. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. Contact us within 30 days of original purchase, a return will be set up, but any shipping costs or coupons won’t be refunded. A small restocking fee may apply. Don’t refuse packages, it’s expensive for you. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without an RMA number and may be charged up to a 50% restocking fee of the retail value. Return shipping charges for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Arrangements for a return must be made within 30 days of the date the order is received (this isn’t when the order was placed, but when the package arrives in your hands.) Returned items that are not defective may be charged a restocking fee of up to 15% of the retail value of each product ($5 minimum), and shipping will not be refunded. Alternatively, we can provide 90% of the purchase price in store credit for your returned item. ($5 minimum restocking fee still applies.) 

RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. We ask that you send it back within 7 days. All packages received without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.

What are the Shipping Costs?

Shipping costs may vary for different items Add an item to your cart to know the rate for your order. Certain items may have a “We Pay Shipping/Free Shipping” offer. That means, we will pay for the shipping of those products, you will not be charged any shipping!

How Many Days Does Delivery take?

US – For most of the items, it would usually take 4-6  calendar days building in a possible few day delay to due the COVID 19 pandemic.  We ask that you please be patient during this time. We want everyone’s package to be delivered ASAP but once it is shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

If there’s a Problem, can I have a Refund?

Most certainly! We have a 30-day NO-RISK GUARANTEE on all of our Orders and Products after they’re Delivered to You. You will get 100% of your Money Back or Item Replaced if you face issues. Unfortunately this excludes items such as hand sanitizers and face covers.  Our refund policy does not cover buyer remorse, please do not place an order if you think you might change your mind the next day or if you have found a better deal from another merchant.

How Long Does My Refund take?

I’ve entered wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

  • If this happens to you, Contact Us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it.
  • However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after.
  • If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you.
  • We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use. We will do our best to take care of it!

I Did Not Receive my Order! What to do?

No worries! If you’ve not received your order we will issue a full refund or ship your order again, depending upon your choice. Do not worry, Contact Us if you face any issues. We are here to help. Please include your order number and all relevant information.

I have not received tracking for my Order or Replacement Order!

Sometimes due to Human Error or Technical Error, you may have not received the Tracking Number. Do not worry, as your order has most likely been shipped already! Contact us and we will give you the Tracking Number.

I’ve placed an order with multiple items, can I combine them into one package?

  • Since we have a few warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item may be shipped separately. So you will most likely receive one item before the next.
  • Certain items with sensitive materials such as liquid, gas, various delicate items may also require separate packaging.
  • Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they will get to you.
